Plan the full cost, not only first tuition

A responsible budget includes tuition, living expenses, insurance, visa charges, travel, deposits and a contingency. Part-time work may support living costs but should not be treated as the primary tuition plan.

Explain where the funds came from

Visa officers often examine the source and history of funds as closely as the final balance. Sponsor income, loans, property sales or savings should be supported by traceable evidence and a timeline that makes sense.

  • Study-cost comparison
  • Sponsor and relationship documents
  • Income-source evidence
  • Bank-statement review
  • Education-loan documentation
  • Country-specific financial thresholds
